This
is no ordinary golf trip. With VIP access and the chance to
play one of
the most revered courses on the PGA Tour on the heels of the
pros themselves, this is a golf experience.
We meet on Saturday evening in Savannah, where we
will have a pub crawl tour of the historic Old Town. The
next morning a yacht will meet our group at the Westin
Savannah resort's private dock, to take us on a short boat
transfer down the Savannah River and then up the coast to
Daufuskie Island, where we will play the Jack
Nicklaus–designed Melrose Course. After lunch, we have a
ten-minute ferry crossing to Harbour Town Golf Links. Upon
arrival, we'll claim our VIP badges and enjoy the final
round of the Heritage Classic, then join the post-tournament
party at the famed Quarter Deck.
The next morning, we have the first tee-times of the day on
Harbour Town Golf Links. It's a rare opportunity to test
your game under the exact same conditions and pin placements
the pros endured on Sunday. After one more round at Harbour
Town early Tuesday morning, we have a one-hour transfer by
coach to the Savannah Airport and meet our flights home.
